ARE WE REALLY LOCKED IN?
No. In fact, you can leave the room at any time through the main door. Claustrophobia sufferers can rest assured: you’re not locked in, and you can interrupt the game at any time in case of emergency.
CAN CHILDREN PLAY?
Escape games are aimed at adults and young adults. However, we do accept children aged 8 and over in rooms 1 and 2, and children aged 12 and over in room 3. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult. To succeed, the aim is to play together and help each other! Children under the age of 6, including babies in slings or baby carriers, are not allowed in the rooms.
HOW LONG DOES A GAME LAST?
We give you a total of 1.5 hours, including 1 hour of play. You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session, which will last exactly 60 minutes. Then allow 15 minutes at the end of the game for a debriefing with your game master.
What happens if the hour is up and I haven't finished?
One thing’s for sure: you can never be sure of completing an escape game session! Each room is a challenge and the game master is there to help you get as far as possible in the game… but that doesn’t mean you’ll solve the mystery of the room every time! Don’t worry, though, we won’t leave you locked in the castle…
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MOVE A BOOKING?
Yes, simply order a gift voucher for an escape game session. This gift voucher is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO OFFER THIS ADVENTURE AS A GIFT?

There are more people than the maximum number indicated on the booking form. Can we still make a reservation?
Unfortunately not. The maximum number of players per room has been thought out to allow all players to enjoy the activity and remain comfortable in the room. It is also valid for safety reasons, and cannot be exceeded.
